My journey started during my elementary school years when I discovered a passion for crafting custom HTML and CSS Neopets profile layouts, complete with anime backgrounds. As the digital landscape evolved, MySpace emerged as the next big platform, and what began as friend requests soon transformed into design requests. I expanded my web design skills, offering bespoke profile layouts to a global audience.

Today, armed with over 20 years of design expertise, I remain dedicated to creating digital spaces that not only celebrate individuality and ignite imagination but also turn dreams into reality. I’ve worked with people across all different industries, as well as running my other business, wedding and portrait photography

1️⃣ You say hey!

Feel like we’re a good match? Tell me a little about your website goals and book your free 20-minute Website Discovery CallThis call is specifically for figuring out what you need from your website, what you want me to build, your timeline, and whether we’re a good fit to work together.

If you already know you want to pick my brain about your business too, you can add on a 60-minute business consulting session for $50.

2️⃣ We meet.

I’ll get to know you, your business, and what you want your website to accomplish. We’ll talk about the pages and features you need, the overall direction, my process, pricing, and any questions you have about your website project.

If we start getting into seamless addictions to make your website work for you, why clients aren’t booking and ghosting you, how to stop running your business through texts and DMs, or basically “Shannon, please help me figure out my entire business,” that falls under my $50 per hour business consulting service.

After the call, I’ll send you a timeline and pricing breakdown for your website.

3️⃣ We're official.

I’ll send over a contract for us both to sign, as well as an invoice for you to pay your initial deposit. This non-refundable deposit is to make sure that we honor the time I’ve set aside just for you, and for my other clients because I only take on a limited number of web design projects per month. The rest of your package price is due during the final week of building. However, I understand this is an investment and I want to make it as easy as possible for you, so we can talk about alternative payment options.

Note: The cost of the One Week One Pager or The Professional is due in full upon contract signing.

4️⃣ You send me the good stuff.

You'll provide me with any wording, photos, content, etc. that you want on your website, and I do all the rest. Just sit back and have your dream come true.

Note: It’s very important that you get me all of this information within one week of signing the contract and paying your deposit so I can get your website done efficiently. I will provide a timeline, ideas, and instructions in a follow-up email!

5️⃣ We reunite.

We'll schedule various other video calls which I’ll walk you through anything specific such as setting up payment processors, syncing your scheduling calendar(s), shipping integrations, etc. During the website build, we’ll be in touch via email to go over revisions.

You have a website! 🎉

In just a couple of weeks later, you'll have a fully functioning website. However, it doesn't stop there, as I'll always be available to provide ongoing support if requested.

  • A free 30-minute Website Discovery Call where we’ll talk about your vision, what your website needs to do, your timeline, and my process. Business consulting is available separately for $50 an hour if you want deeper help with things like pricing, branding, marketing, offers, business strategy, or client experience.

  • Save 20% on your first year of Squarespace (for new websites with an annual plan)

  • A discounted domain for your first year (when purchased new through Squarespace, with certain restrictions)

  • All pages optimized for mobile viewing

  • One-on-one assistance for domain purchase, connection, or transfers

  • Unlimited one-on-one email support with me until you new website is launched + 7 days afterwards as you settle into your new online home

  • A generic Privacy Policy and Terms of Service (for more complex needs, please consult a legal team)

The One Week One Pager

The Booked & Busy

Sick and tired of back-and-forth texts, DMs, emails, and phone calls when trying to get your clients to book appointments? Done with no-shows or keeping track of paper consent forms? I’ll strategically build a website that gives your visitors a seamless experience and cancels all of this stress.

  • No. I don’t offer full service copywriting. This is because you know your business best, and I believe you should have your own voice shine through your website. However, if you would like to hire a copywriter, I have a great recommendation! Just let me know.

  • I'm dedicated to ensuring that your website experience is nothing short of stress-free. With Squarespace, you get the best of both worlds: creative freedom (no more cookie-cutter designs like Wix or Weebly) and user-friendliness (say goodbye to the complexities of Wordpress or Showit). It’s also the most affordable option when seeing how much it offers.

    I have vast experience in WordPress, GoDaddy, Wix, Weebly, Google Sites, and more, which means I’ll do all the work transferring you over!

  • In order to make your website live, you’ll need to pay a hosting fee, domain name registration, and for any other services such as scheduling, custom email addresses, etc if you don't already have these things set up. Don’t worry! I will recommend the cheapest and best option for you and walk you through everything on one of our video calls.

  • Typical turnaround time is 2-3 weeks, depending on how many pages and how much content you have. Most importantly, the whole process can go faster or slower depending on YOUR response time to me via email and scheduling video calls.

  • I’m not a full-service SEO agency, but I do add basic SEO support by setting up your page titles and meta descriptions for Google indexing, and applying alt tags to all images that are added to your site.
